All our products are formulated for optimal absorption. For best results, we recommend taking your daily dose with a meal and sufficient water. While it is not necessary to take your daily dose at the same time each day, consistency in your supplement intake is key to getting the results you want. Try making it a habit to take your daily dose with breakfast or before bed to ensure you don’t miss a dose.
Special note: For Fiber+++, we recommend taking it before a meal. If you are taking our probiotic supplements (Vicopyl®, Vicome®, Vicosa®, and Vicofem®), it is advisable to take them after a meal.

Expiry dates vary depending on the product. Our products are manufactured in small batches to ensure freshness. Each product has a minimum shelf life of 2 years from the date of production. Please check your product packaging for the expiry dates of your product.

The majority of our products are made with plant-based ingredients that are suitable for vegetarians. Additionally, our products are also soy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, and free of any preservatives. For other allergens and dietary restrictions, please consult the ingredient list for each individual product. Are the products safe for children?

Vicopyl®, Vicome®, Vicosa®, and Fiber+++ are safe for children to consume. We recommend monitoring their intake closely for any undesired reactions. Please discontinue usage immediately if such reactions occur and consult a trained medical professional.
Special Note: Vicofem® is not suitable for children and should only be taken by women above the age of 21.

It varies. Vicopyl®, Vicosa®, and Fiber+++ have been formulated to be safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. We do not recommend taking Vicome® during pregnancy. Please discontinue usage if you become pregnant while taking Vicome®.
However, Vicome® is an excellent choice for breastfeeding mothers. Specially formulated with the unique needs of breastfeeding women in mind, Vicome® provides essential nutrients that are beneficial for both mother and baby. Packed with generous amounts of vitamin B complex, vitamin D3, zinc, alpha lipoic acid (ALA), and bitter orange extract, Vicome® can help promote better health and well-being while breastfeeding.
As with all other food products and supplements, we recommend monitoring your intake closely for any undesired reactions. Please discontinue usage immediately if such reactions occur and consult a trained medical professional.

No known interactions between different iAM Health probiotic products have been observed, so combining probiotic products is an excellent way to support your overall health and well-being!

Each individual is unique, and results may vary even with similar usage of products. With consistent daily use, most people start seeing real improvements after 3-4 months. Additionally, some individuals may not experience visible results as the benefits are internal (i.e. better digestion, falling sick less often, more regular bowel movements).
Why does it take so long to get results? Nutritional therapy is not a quick-fix solution, nor does it focus solely on treating symptoms. It is a holistic, long-term approach that enhances overall health by addressing root cause issues. By restoring balance in the body from within, you can be assured of long-lasting results that leave you feeling better in your body.

Our products are stable at room temperature, which means you don’t need to refrigerate them. Do remember to properly close the bottle each time after use to maintain the freshness and quality of the product. We also recommend storing your iAM Health products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, especially in Singapore’s warm and humid climate!

In Singapore, health supplements are not subject to approvals or licensing by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) for importation, manufacture, and sales. However, rest assured that our top priority is product safety and quality.
Our products are regularly tested at HSA-accredited laboratories to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and quality. Additionally, our manufacturing facilities are Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified, which means they adhere to strict international standards for hygiene, quality control, and proper documentation to consistently produce safe and effective products.

We offer eco-friendly, green packaging options for shipping your products to you! Simply select “Green Packaging” in the Shipping Options section before checkout.
We strongly believe in reducing waste, particularly single-use plastic packaging, as much as possible. That’s why we reuse existing packaging in good condition, such as poly mailers, bubble wrap, and boxes to ship our products. Rest assured that all reused packaging has been thoroughly wiped down and checked for cleanliness and suitability for reuse. You can also do your part by donating your used packaging to companies such as Package Pals to close the loop and keep caring for our planet.
Note: We only use reused packaging for shipping out products. All iAM Health products are packaged in the most shelf-stable packaging available on the market to ensure the freshness and quality of the product. Unfortunately, these bottles are not suitable for recycling, although they can be upcycled for other purposes!

We offer affordable shipping rates to ensure you always get access to your health supplements. For orders above S$100, shipping is free locally and regionally (Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia).
For orders below S$100, our flat-fee rates are:
- Singapore - S$5 (S$2 if you opt for Green Packaging!)
- Malaysia: S$5
- Indonesia: S$5

Yes! We use EasyParcel for shipping within Singapore. Once your order is confirmed and picked up by EasyParcel, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking link to monitor your order in real-time. For shipments outside Singapore, you will receive a tracking link from our international delivery partners once the shipment order has been placed.

For safety and hygiene purposes, we are not able to accept returns. However, if you receive a product with unexpected defects (e.g. unexpected discoloration of capsules), please reach out to us here, and we will exchange the product free of charge.
