I cannot thank Vicosa enough for helping my daughter with her eczema. She has eczema since she was a baby. After circuit breaker, her skin worsened and became weepy, and we couldn’t do anything to nurse it back to before. She constantly wanted to scratch it. At night, she could'n’t sleep well and kept waking up to scratch. Every morning we could see the blood stain on her bed. It was heart breaking for us as parents. We saw a doctor who prescribed steroid cream. She got better but after 1 week after we stopped the medication, it will come back. We knew steroid wasn’t the solution. It was then we got to know about Vicosa and started the journey. It’s amazing how after 1 month her skin is no longer weepy. She can finally sleep through the night without constant scratching. Even though her leg still has some redness now on and off, I can see how much her skin and even her life has improve before we started Vicosa. We are thankful that we got to know about Vicosa!

I’ve had eczema since I was a child, but in recent years I’ve been getting uncontrollable flares. Have been on various immunosuppressants and steroids to manage my condition, but both have undesirable side effects and are unsustainable for the long run. I get super itchy blisters - the watery kind - almost immediately after I take something sensitive. After having ice cream that day, I felt a bit of the itch coming up, and then I saw some bumps forming, but I continued to take Vicosa and apply my creams, and the next day it did not actually flare up but subsided.

I have been taking Vicosa for almost 2 months and the results have been nothing short of miraculous. Before Vicosa, I would have runny nose and sinus issues in aircon environments as often as three to four times a week, sometimes even every day. With Vicosa, just 1 tablet a day, my problems are completely gone and I no longer have mucus dripping out of my nose uncontrollably. My kids are having lesser episodes of runny noses. My 5yo who has eczema has gotten relief just by taking Vicosa :) It has removed the mental load of remembering to apply moisturiser on him many times a day, so it’s a relief for me too.

Thank you guys for Vicopyl which I have bought for myself and my girlfriend, as we have been having some gut issues, often times indigestiong and bloating with my girlfriend being someone who is prone to that. First empty bottle of Vicome! I'm usually too lazy to write reviews, but this one is totally worth it. Based on my weight and sedentary lifestyle, the seller recommended taking 1 capsule in the morning and 1 at night. I have constipation and normally poop every 2 days. On day 1 to 3 of taking thihs, my poop became like sludge -probably old waste stuck in my gut, what a lifesaver!

My tummy was gurgling all day, pooped twice in one day, and it felt so easy. After that, I've been going daily - I'm so happy! After 1 bottle d 15 days, Ilost 7cm around my waist and 0.5kg in weight! immediately repurchased 4 bottles.

I've taken Vicome for half a month. The biggest change is that I'm not constantly craving snacks anymore. I used to binge on snacks, but now my belly looks smaller.

I was shocked to see my blood glucose spike, even though I’ve never had any issues with glucose control.The next morning, I decided to take Fiber+++ before my usual honey, and to my surprise, my blood glucose is in the normal range!

I'm a medical student and I firmly believe in the importance of gut health. I personally prioritize taking probiotics and prebiotics. Even skin allergies improve once the gut is balanced.

As for my experience with Fiber+++:

1. I didn't have major constipation, but my stools were hard and hard to pass. After nearly two weeks, bowel movements became smoother and larger in volume.
   
2. Drinking it 1 hour before meals with lots of water gives a full feeling, so I eat less during meals. I've tried many types of prebiotics, and this one really has better added ingredients.

I don't like eating vegetables and was not consuming enough dietary fiber daily. Now I take one sachet every day, and bowel movements have become much smoother — no more constipation.

It doesn't cause stomach cramps either. It just makes me feel like going normally, and the stool is nicely formed. A really great product.

After taking this (Fiber+++), my gut feels much more comfortable. I used to get acid reflux and burping after drinking alcohol, but now that's almost gone.

This is my second purchase. My constipation has improved a lot.
I've even stopped using the Japanese laxative I used to rely on. I'll keep taking this.

I've been repurchasing this dietary fiber regularly. I take it every morning with Vicome - it really enhances the effect of the probiotics.
